The Pecos River Ranch is located at the end of Crockett County Road 411 and features approximately 9 miles of pristine Pecos River Frontage. Located at the ranch headquarters is a rustic ranch house nestled on the Pecos River under a large mott of mature Live Oak trees. The home has recently been remodeled to bring it back to life just as it was in the early 1900's when it was originally built. There are two hunter's cabins on the ranch with both having easy access to the Pecos River and the large canyons to the west. Numerous hunting blinds and feeders will also be conveyed. The ranch has a very diverse terrain with elevations from 1,961' to 2,542' above mean sea level. There are 6 water wells and numerous water troughs and tanks on the property. Wildlife consists of whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove and an occasional mule deer and feral hog. This is the first time the ranch is being offered for sale since 1926.
